Welcome to Nex Maths ( nexmaths.com) (“Platform”, “App”, “we”, “our”, “us”), a digital learning application owned and operated by Nexbien Ventures Pvt. Ltd.

By accessing or using Nex Maths ( nexmaths.com), you (“User”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. NATURE OF SERVICES

NexMaths is a self-assessment and practice platform designed for students of CBSE Board (Grades 5–10), offering:

• Chapter-wise Mathematics assessments 
• Practice tests and performance insights 
• Subscription-based access to content 

NexMaths does not provide live teaching or guaranteed academic outcomes.

2. ELIGIBILITY

• The Platform is intended for students aged 10–16 years 
• Users under 18 must access the Platform under parental/guardian supervision and consent 
• By using the Platform, you confirm that: 
• You have obtained parental consent (if minor) 
• All information provided is accurate 

3. USER ACCOUNT

To access services:

• You may be required to register an account 
• You agree to: 
• Provide accurate details 
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials 
• Be responsible for all activities under your account 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.

4. SUBSCRIPTION & PAYMENT TERMS

• NexMaths operates on a paid subscription model (₹XX/month or Year or as updated in Pricing section of the website) 
• Payment must be made in advance through approved payment methods 
• Subscription: 
• Is non-transferable 
• Grants limited, non-exclusive access to content 

Auto-Renewal (if applicable):

Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing cycle.

5. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

• All payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law 
• Users may cancel future subscriptions anytime 
• No partial refunds for unused periods 

6. USE OF PLATFORM

You agree to use NexMaths only for:

• Personal learning and practice 
• Non-commercial purposes 

You shall NOT:

• Share login credentials 
• Copy, distribute, or resell content 
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes 
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse engineer the system 

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on NexMaths, including:

• Questions 
• Test formats 
• Graphics 
• Software

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. ACADEMIC DISCLAIMER

• NexMaths provides practice tools only 
• We do NOT guarantee: 
• Improved marks 
• Academic success 
• Accuracy of all answers/content 

Users are encouraged to use the Platform as a supplementary tool, not a replacement for formal education.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• NexMaths shall not be liable for: 
• Any academic outcomes 
• Loss of data 
• Technical interruptions 
• Indirect or consequential damages 

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
